Is there an adjustment I can make to the aircraft cfg that will correct the tendency to tip left and right when flying straight and level at 27,000 feet and 270 knots?

Altering the CFG should not be a first option

It's likely to be some problem your end

Which model is this??

I'd presume you've got the realism settings quite high as what you describe is normal for the Comet, have you trimmed her correctly?

There are two types of aeroplane, Spitfires and everything else that wishes it was a Spitfire!

Actually what I did was adjust the center of gravity by changing the wing_pos_apex_lon line in the aircraft geometry section from 0.00 to 4.00. That seemed to have fixed it!

Nope, that has not fixed it as it was not broken

There is nothing like that wrong with the Comet

You didn't need to do that

If it was wobbling there was something you were doing wrong....or not accepting a condition you put it in that the real one had too.

Have you studied the flight dynamics of Comets using the manuals and info from DH..or are you just guessing??
