sorry -- it just doesn't work when flaps are moving up and down.

is it the default 737 or is it one that you added?

if it is the default 737_400 that you are talking about, perhaps you downloaded and installed another aircraft that messed up your gauge.  supply your email and you'll get a new gauge (but do it through pm)
