Great photos. Where were they taken?
There's just something special about the Lancaster - my uncle used to fly Halifaxes with the Canadian 434 Squadron based in Tholthorpe UK with Bomber Command before he moved on to the Lancs. He has fond memories of them.

cause it has 4 of the same engines as you would find on your spitfire!

So far my number of landings either passenger or pilot equal my number of takeoffs, but that is due to change

Something just occurred to me. I have been to quite a few American air displays and the the difference between the US and Europe............you would never get within 50 feet of the BBMF Lancaster
