Looks like they discontinued the payware side of things, but their freeware (good stuff!) is still available.

That's what happens when I get distracted and open a new browser tab.
The payware stuff is not discontinued. They will be moving the add-ons over to Virtavia.

The alphasim models are rebranded Virtavia and are sold on fspilotshop.com and simmarket.com. Some of the older models have disappeared it looks like...
virtavia.com sells their new products: the Sea King, B1B Lancer, and BN2-Islander (great little aircraft!).
