That's a 202kb  file, and it downloaded almost as soon as I hit the button.

I tried several others, both in member login, and free site, and no issues.

Have you tried it again?  Sometimes a heavy traffic time will slow them down a bit, but not enough that it should have affected a 202kb file, even at the free speed.
