As usual, thanks to Frank and friends Wink
C & C Welcome Cool

BTW, what I really like about photoreal scenery is the ability to locate your exact position.
I looked out the region in Wikipedia, and found the following picture.
I've added an arrow for where I've thaken the shot, and a line for my flight afterwards. FUN!  Cheesy
...
I'm pretty sure that is where I've taken the shot because of the location of the cliffy mountain  in front of the glacier and the position of the ridge between the two mountains.

Gorgeous.  Smiley
Are you using an addon mesh? I don't have Matterhorn, but I do have Everest and mine looks nowhere near as good as yours.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I'm using an Alps LOD11 mesh, but also think there is a mesh included in the pack. Maybe your mesh settings aren't on maximum?

You know, I had not thought of that and have not flown there since changing the settings. Thanks.  Smiley

I have LOD9 Alps / Lukla, and my Everest is NOWHERE even close to that.  I think it is just a hair better than default right now.  Where would one find the Mesh Settings in FS9.cfg ???

Sorry, I'm not really technical support, especially not for FS9 as I've never owned it... Lips Sealed
That would be the place though  Wink
