Hmm... Looking through the rules on on the Nominations thread; it mainly talks about FS screenshots; but it's not very specific about non FS edited shots.
As a judge, if this appeared as one of the nominations, it'd probably be one of the last to cut out; but I can't really say if it can be nominated or not.
But then again, I have seen quite a few non-fs shots nominated in the past, so why not? Wink
