Deltasim's Freeware Sirocco for FSX, with my repaint (palette shift, except for the flag). But the name was added after the shot was taken. The textures do not provide a way to include it.

Oops, I completely forgot. It has what appears to be 3D search lights up front, activated with the landing light switch.
