Okay, does anyone have any idea what the blank this bug is? It sat on the post of my porch all day today. Literally. I mean hours and hours. It's probably still there now. I have never seen it before today either:

It was 1973. I was in 10th grade at Skyline High School in Idaho Falls, Idaho. I was assigned to put together a bug collection for Biology class. We got the assignment in early October. It freezes overnight in Idaho Falls in mid-September. As you might expect, I didn't have much a of collection to submit. Having your bug would have added nicely to my collection. To this day, I have no idea why Mr. Moser assigned such a difficult assignment when many of the bugs had already been killed in the nightly freezes. I got a low, average grade on my collection. Mr. Moser wanted 30 bugs. I think I had eleven...
I am homebrewer. I had 633 posts when for some unknown reason, my account disappeared...
AMD Phenom II X4 940 (Deneb), Asus M3N72-D motherboard, 2 x nVidia 8800GTS @640MB RAM, 1 x Seagate Barracuda 500Gb HDD (storage), 1 x Western Digital Black 250Gb HDD (boot), 12Gb 800Mhz G.Skill RAM (5-5-5-18), 2x Sony DVD writers, 28-inch ViewSonic monitor given to me by my computer guru, FS2004, Windows 7 Professional (64-bit), 850-watt Thermaltake modular p/s, 7 x 120mm fans to cool it...
