Thought I'd pass this tip along.

I have a couple of payware Cepstral SAPI 5 voices (excellent) installed for use with the paywares Multi-Crew Experience and RealATIS.  Win 7 comes with Microsoft Anna as a default SAPI 5 voice (pretty good one too).

For some strange reason, on my first install of the two Cepstral voices, it caused the Microsoft Anna to stop working after the second Cepstral voice was installed.

Cepstral quickly gave me the fix for getting Microsoft Anna working again.  Not sure why deleting a leftover folder after the Win7 Control Panel uninstalls seemed to be the issue... but that looks like it was it.

If anyone has similar issues...... uninstall the Cepstral voices in the order that the voices were originally installed, go to C:/program files and also C:/programfiles(86) and delete any leftover Cepstral folders still found there.  Then reboot and reinstall.

Now it will work fine.
