Not sure on FSX compatibility.

For some reason, SimV has two copies of it in their system. I believe they are the same thing, so just pick one.
Note: It requires the base airfield package. (Linked in the description of the file on the page.)

Regarding the Yakovlev, that's FS2004 only as well I'm afraid. It is very, very good however!
