Personally, I found the clouds from Explore Environment X (part 1) to be easier on the fps. Plus, they look pretty darn close.

Personally, I found the clouds from Explore Environment X (part 1) to be easier on the fps. Plus, they look pretty darn close.

As far as I know, the impact on FPS should be affected by the cloud's image dimensions and size.
I've selected the DXT3, 1MB, 1024x1024 Cumulus clouds. I might test the 512x512 (1MB) clouds to see what's the effect on the performance.
