I'm looking for a freeware single-engine prop A/C that has both wheels and floats for FSX, and with a VC. In addition to that, one with tundra tires, everything else same as above.

There's an L19 here on SimV, on wheels and floats, that works in FSX.

FSX DeHavilland DHC2-MK3 Turbo Beaver on Tundra Tires Merric Aviation
cannot guarantee the tires work considering it is free, but it has them.

How about the old Maule 260 for fs9, it was amazing.....I actually just took it up the other night and I forgot how good it was.....anyways, it came with all the things you are asking for, I'm just not sure if it will work in fsx

The Stinson from fsnorthwest has wheels and floats, but I can't help you with the Tundras.

Looks like you install the FS2004 download then the FSX update - I've got it and it works fine.
