I've just experienced the best customer service from a payware company.
Rob at Real Air Simulations has just done a fantastic job of helping me out of a sticky situation. I lost the original installer for my Real Air Spit, bought when it came out for FS9 and because of when I bought it I was unable to redownload from the site so I could then buy the upgrade for FSX.
I mailed Rob with as many of the original details I could find, he replied within an hour and said to order the upgrade and mail him the order number, he would sort it so when I activated the installer it would give me the full version.
True to his word when I ordered it this evening and mailed the number he replied in half an hour and said to go ahead and download from the link ........ it would be the full version not the upgrade.
It sure was ........ and I have my favourite payware aircraft back in the hangar.

It is always about the combination of product AND service that is the measure of the company.
