Tried on multiplayer for the first time today, i plugged in my headset and checked the mic was working through sound recorder on the computer, my voice was recorded fine and i could hear fine.

When i joined a session i could hear ATC  but could not talk despite hitting CAPS LOCK

any ideas why this is?

Are you holding it down? If so, try hitting Shift + Caps Lock.  Wink

Well, Caps Lock is supposed to "transmit voice" and Shift + Caps is supposed to "transmit voice to all".  Wink Caps Lock by itself is suppposed to be for flying and the other for if you are ATC I think but when I can't get one to work I use the other.  Grin

It's not his head phones, he can hear other people talk. It's something with FSX.

So did you get it working? Check in your multiplayer settings to make sure the button didn't get changed.  Wink
