how do i use it i can record but only in 30 second clips and some time ill have big jumps in my video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCblSsi8En0 this is my first there is a tiny jump and my new one misses out the actually lift off how do i record in longer time periods

Hi. I believe that if you are using the free fraps, as opposed to the one you pay for, 30 secs of video is all you get at one time.

That's correct: the free version is limited to 30sec!
