Unbelievable!
Quote:
"For those who never took geology lessons, Islands do not float on water but in fact are connected to the earth's crust just like the continents. They therefore are in no danger of capsizing".
End Quote.
Now there's a surprise!
Abandon Ship!

I find this a tad worrying. Perhaps our politicians are not as stupid as I thought.
Not sure how the Admiral managed to keep a straight face.

I've thought long and hard about this, and I reckon that the Chief Keeper of the Island would have arranged for the population to be spread scientifically over the Island according to its density.
More people on the lower (thinner/lighter) parts, and less people on the higher (thicker/heavier) parts to prevent a possible capsize of the Island.
What do you reckon?
At the moment there is no one denser than Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA)

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
