Private versions are a lot lighter even at their maximul passenger load... even with marble toilets

Russian planes: IL-76 (all standard length ones), Tu-154 and Il-62, Tu-134 and An-24RV&&&&AI flightplans and repaints can be found here

But they do not need the whole underbelly luggage volume. Don´t private jet usually have extra belly fuel tanks, so that they can use their whole MTOW even with light payload?

Don't forget this guy has a garage, space shuttle style elevators, a concert hall(and equipment) swimming pull, a see through panel on the floor to see what is under you(so to speak that is) a spa, bed rooms with who knows what, a kitchen probably, a conference room with who knows what he is putting in there and much more.
