Rename your image without a space in the file name & upload it again.

Yes. You can edit your first post & change it.

You could replace the space by writing %20 in the link, this acts as a 'space'. So the words 'contest entry' become 'contest%20entry'.

The image is quite small, you're allowed to have them nearly double the size of what you have here.

That said, it is very tidy looking. A great display team in a nice formation and the scenery looks very good too.

I think we're all amateurs, none of us get paid (atleast not to my knowledge)  Wink Grin

You should be able to re upload this entry. Ensuring it is the exact same image (you cannot change your entry, but this is simple changing the size of it. Someone else did this and it appears to be okay) then you should be able to put up the bigger version and have no issues. It may serve you better when the judges pick shots as I think this one could go far.

Try reading This guide in particular the Irfanview bit (this is VERY useful software to have)

In a summary of whats written, load up the ORIGINAL image in a program called Irfanview. Check the tutorial for a link to the software and there's a second link to get the plugins which you'll need later. Choose 'Image' from the top bar, then 'Resize/Resample'. Ensure 'Preserve Aspect Ratio' is ticked. Change the size to something larger than what you currently have.... 1024 is the largest horizontal size and that is what most people use. It should then scale the vertical to the right size. Go File, then Save As For Web (in the tutorial this is the bit with the two images side by side). Compress to size (max 150kib, so choose 149 or something to keep it under), or move the slider along until you get to the correct size. Save it, upload it, post it here. Excluding the time to get the software, this process takes around 30-60 seconds and will greatly help you out when posting screenshots for any occasion.

It may be worth PMing Fly2e as he runs the show just to check that it is alright, but it should be just fine. This simple stage will mean you get a nicely sized shot at the right filesize and will make it look twice as good.
