That's what Desi (Arnaz) used to say to Lucy (Lucille Ball) on 'I Love Lucy' when she had done something to get in trouble. What I meant, what is that you are flying under, a road? And if so, why is it floating in the air.

It looks like a Tiger Moth is pulling a glider.  The "road" is the wing of the glider.

The really bad part, is that I noticed the tow line but had no idea what it was. I figured it was just something in the scenery.
