frame rates bad in FS9 (Read 419 times)

I re-installes FS9 I have widows 7 Pro.Some reson I can't get any frame rates at all 3-21.Tops!!  I have done everything I can think of.Thanks for some help,thinking about re-installing windows 7..

There is a [u]dedicated[/u] WIN 7 forum over at Avsim.  You might want to browse it in search of some answers to your question if you don't get help here.

There should be no reason at all to re-install your Operating System.

Some very interesting conversations over there, regarding Win 7, and Flight Sims... ;)...!

....and another reason why I am still sticking to Win XP Pro.
Much of my various (oldish) software was designed for it.

A lot of my Software, (and Hardware), will only run on Win '98 for the same reason!... ;)...!

Hi Dentons,

Also have a look at this thread, Maybe it solves your problem? I think the desktop composition in Win 7 is not compatible with FS9
