In payware because of the handful of HTAI Cessna aircraft on the ramp. Everything else is freeware.

Neat! It looks like they are using the same FS model too, however in FSX and with the full Patrouille texture set covering all of the planes.

I personally used the single photoreal one representing an anonymous plane. The livery is here at SimV in the FS2004 military section.
