Most, if not all, of my afterburner equipped aircraft are working only on the starboard side. Today is the first time I have flown any of them in a while. It showed up on the Corel F-15 and the B-58 Hustler. On the Hustler, you can just barely see an outline on the port side and the F-15 has a tiny bit of color on the left. The Hustler has never gone out when you reduce the throttle, but this is new. Any ideas?  Undecided

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

have you installed any new afterburner textures recently??

If you want, I have 2 different sets of burners that I can send you.   F14 / 15 / 16 / 18 .. and other bigger craft.   and the other set is for mainly the Lear 45 (or other smaller aperature engines as such)

It sounds simple and stupid, but make sure both engines are running. If you've changed from a single engine aircraft from a saved flight, to a multi-engined one, it's possible that only one engine is in operation.

Capt.Propwash may also be on to something. If you've installed any addons that use effects, it's possible a texture may have been overwritten.

No, have not installed any new jets or burner fx. I would appreciate your sending me both sets, as I have never had any for the Lear. I'll pm you my email addy. Thanks.

I thought of that and checked, but thanks. You never know.   Grin

I did a few screenshots of "burning a lear" of where I put afterburners on the FS9 Default Lear 45. http://205.252.250.26/cgi-bin/yabb2/YaBB.pl?num=1258757153.   Give me a day or 2 to get everything together as almost all the required files are spread around and I have to remember where they are and get em together.

when you get the file, please read the Installation README!! as some AIRCRAFT.CFG modifications will be required for the new burners to take effect (and placement to be correct on the aircraft of your choice)

I figured it might take you a while. No rush, take your time. And I am aware of the need for .cfg mods but I always like to see instructions. Even though I have become an 'old hand' at installing aircraft and scenery, I still look at the readme first because you never know what this particular designer might have done differently. Besides, I don't trust my memory.  Roll Eyes Grin Besides I don't trust my memory.  Roll Eyes Grin
Thanks again for offering to help.  Smiley
