We got a little bit out of sync....
Bub has just finished his ultimate Early Sabre Aces package containing the final F-86A skins for my recently-posted TR_F-86A. The pack contains skins for Jabara and Becker the first Sabre aces of the Korean War. These have just been uploaded and they should be available tomorrow.
Unfortunately, I uploaded the TR_F-86A yesterday with the earlier version of Jabara's textures. So she's due for a change of clothes tomorrow. LOL.

Well, post that puppy, Larry! Looking good....
AND I just uploaded your original A model skins: 336th and Hinton.
I converted them both to 1024/565/0 MIP format. They should be up tomorrow.

I just uploaded 2 sabre skins for both models (A & E). Be advised that I painted them to utilize the specular shine effect rather than painting in highlights. For best results, I set the 'shine' effects for the .mdl file as Specular RGB = 0.2, Specular power = 10 in MDLC. Merely a personal preference on my part

All of the Sabre MDL files I posted here are already shined at the material level in FSDS2, so the use of something like MDLC isn't needed to show-off the textures properly.
I shine the aircraft at a specular power equivalent to 13% that of glass.

Bub has uploaded a final tweak package of nine F-86 skins and a sound package that cover the FF/TR series of Sabres...E/F, H and CA-27. (He posted his A model skins already).
It's a pretty comprehensive package of very nice textures and the sound pack by Aaron Swindle is great.
