Yeah.. In the end though Pete will need to agree.
I just wonder how many people I will have to explain what it
is to.. even if it had Simvation.com
under the logo people would at least assume it's a website.

Afternoon folks...

Just a thought.

As there are so many different aircraft such as rotary wing, jets, props, flying boats, seaplanes, bi-planes, tri-planes, civilian, military, homebuilts, gliders etc. etc. how do we pick just one or two examples of a flying machine to depict a diverse program (Microsoft Flight Simulator), a diverse forum (Simviation) and a diverse field (Aviation).

I am not an artist but here is some food for thought.

A simple pair of wings with the "Logo" in the center and the word "Simviation"� underneath.� �

Do not depict any countries air element, airline, commercial flying school but just a simple pair of wings.� The wings should tell the whole story by themselves.

As the old girl tells me all the time when I am trying to do something:
"Use the KISS" principle dear..."Keep It Simple Stupid" and that usually works... Grin

I do think some of the ideas we have seen are quite good and not knocking any of them, just my thought on the subject.� � Wink

Just had a conversation with Larry "Patchz" and he liked the "Wing" idea also.
I think maybe he is going to see what he can come up with.

We will just have to wait and see. Wink

Of course! Ive opened a store at the site so more than one style can be available. I want one that says class clown! I am working out of town on weekdays so I'll be doing work on this by Saturday. Wink

I've got the image Doug, nice idea.. can do. Keep in mind the first one will be the one that I've discussed with our webmaster Pete.. Any thing we do after needs to have Petes approval first whenever the simv name is used. Keep those ideas comming. Wink
