I was wondering if anybody would mind repainting the Carenado 185 into my 185? Here is a picture of it. I can get some more shots, but I'm not at my house right now, so it won't be until this weekend.

If you can, I'll be eternally grateful. Smiley

I'd do it if I had the plane, but unfortunately, I don't.  Cry And it looks so awesome too.  Cool

Can't seem to find a free version of this plane anywhere.

You'd probably have to post the textures, so people can see how well laid out they are. It will be difficult to paint them though without being able to check them on the model if it is a complex repaint.

If you want to do it, I can send you the blank textures. Send me a PM with your email and I'll send it.

Well I am not sure what the situation is with regards to posting a repaint like this here (because the base files are a payware aircraft), but I thought I would post up some finished (bar any minor tweaking) shots of the repaint.

It actually turned out to be pretty good fun working with a proper texture set. It meant I was able to practice with proper alpha channel reflections, specularity etc... All in all, very enjoyable to do.

I'm definitely enjoying these "create my personal plane in FSX" repaints.  Smiley
