I am new to the whole process of downloading planes, but I am learning. I would like to know how you can get the brakes to work better on a B1 that I recently downloaded. The brakes might be correct and thats how they are on the real plane but I would like to tweek them alittle so they grab better. I'm  not sure where to look in the aircraft cfg file, so any help would be appreciated. Smiley

This is the entry in the aircraft.cfg File...>>>

[brakes]
parking_brake = 1       //Parking brake available
toe_brakes_scale = 1.0  //Brake scalar
differential_braking_scale = 1.0  // rudder activated differential brakes

Adjusting the Toe Brake Scale, affects the braking efficiency....Normally it is set at between 0.78 and 1.

Adding the line" differential_braking_scale" is useful to aid turning the aircraft using the Twist Joystick or Rudder Pedals.

I need one of those for my neighbor Paul.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.
