Zaphod, I am curious to see how you make out with it.......I am looking forward to the day that I feel  like I have the time available to sit down and learn the rest of the skill set involved in actually operating a big cigar tube  Roll Eyes I know the FMC wont be as big as I think it is to learn.....but when  Undecided

Hi Rom..
My first impressions after only a brief time trying the aircraft is that it is a very complex piece of kit, even without the FMC!
I have used the Auto pilot on the default 747 with  a fair deal of sucess but even this seems much more complex on the ifly. To fully appreciete this plane will require a lot of study of the supplied documentation which I'm sure would be worth while but very time consuming.
It is a very nice looking rendition and I particularly like the Cathay Pacific texture (CX). One small thing I have noticed is that the animation of the spoiler/aileron combination during steep turns does not appear to be modelled correctly, but this is a small thing and it's incredible that a plane of this quality is freeware (IMHO).

Best.
