I have no idea about that particular error - but have you already tried a repair from your FSX-DVD?

Victor, what he means is try putting your FSX Disc 1 in your DVD Drive and it should give you the option to Re-install or Repair.  Just choose to repair and it might work.

hmmmm not sure why that would happen.  The only thing i can think of is to just do a complete re-install  Cry

Do a search on APPCRASH before you start pushing buttons. I don't think FSX is your problem. It may be your registry or malware. Now that you have brought up the fact that you might be using A Mac you should also mention if this is your first try at this or if you had FSX running well and it went bad.

PS: This exception code covers a wide variety of possibilities.
Exception Code:      c0000005

One last thing. The internet is chalk full of people who will fix errors with a free download, don't do it. If you have Windows go to Microsoft!
