A lesser known part of the Alaska Range is this group of 9000 ft spires named 'the Cathedrals'. This is a really bad place to be in a single engine plane - only in Flight Sim
.

It may be a bad place to be, but it sure is pretty.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

They're not on a commonly travelled route so you only see them on a blue sky day which is easily arranged on flight sim
. That's Denali (McKinley) and Foraker off in the distance on the right.
