When my print suddenly fades away, a quick peek at the contents of the transparent HP cartridge shows that it is.....

...wait for it......

.....empty.... Cry...!

..and poking that little button with a paper clip is not guaranteed to fill it up again... Roll Eyes...arse!...... Grin...!

I have heard that is a marketing scheme and not so much cheap software/hardware. I have always just kept printing until I see the quality degrade.

If you think about it, this makes absolute no sense what-so-ever.  Why would ink company's' put half more then what they want you to have, why not just put half less. Cheesy
