quite a random selection!
I'm trying to create that 'old/worn/retro' look in some of these pics... any tips/pointers on how to improve?
tell me what you think!

In Photoshop you can go to colour balance/adjustment and set the sliders to +25, +0, -25, atleast in mine (CS2)

that 'old/worn/retro' look
Every morning, I see that in the bathroom mirror. The grainy look helps - perhaps not as much. 'Wafu448' had a couple of Mustangs (Two Old Crows) which are a good example. Minimize color to perhaps a hint. Avoid airports with modern markings. Scenery the same.

Not sure it's the look you want, but the first two look very realistic to me. I love 'em.
But how did you get the right gear to come down slower/later than the left?
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Cheers for the tips and comments people
@ Patchz: i just pressed 'g' to bring gear down, then half way through the gear dropping, i went to 'failures' and broke the right gear! the rest carry on.

lol yes that would help! i was trying for the 'oh no my gear wont come down!!' look. if u look closely, you'll see the left engine has failed too, but its not very clear, and so it just looks like the pilot is very stupid
(hes not)
