Whilst learning about the League of Nations in school, and the Japanese invasion of Manchuria, I also saw that Japan bombed Shanghai.
But what aircraft would they have used? I know it's a bit of a vague question but it's just one of those ones which burn inside you until you know.

I think it happened from January 28th to 3rd March, 1932.
