Just came back to Flight Sim after a few years off of it. Any one have any recommendations for what AI I should use. Need something that will install fast and simple.

I hear really good things about World of AI, which I think most people use:

Personally, I use Project AI, which seems decent.  Kind of old school and haven't had a reason to change:

Don't have to, but you can. I used yRoute and Traffic Tools to trim out all the commercial flights.

Just rename the original traffic file from 030528.bgl to something like 030528.ORG and all the default traffic will disappear.
