That is a perfect landing attitude. Keep it like that all the way to the pavement. Boeing jets typically use very little flare before landing and are usually flown 3-5° nose up all the way to the ground. There are exceptions of course like the 747.

You'll find that as you enter ground effect (1/2 wingspan from the ground) that your rate of descent will slow, and by the time you have the throttles back the jet will settle onto the runway without yanking the column into your lap.
