How can I reverse thrust. The only way I know how to is opening up the throttle panel and clicking both throttles and pulling them back all the way but I want to reverse thrust faster than that. I have the saitek throttle to and when you push it all the way back it still doesnt do reverse thrust.

I tried looking for a button maybe but there is no button. Is this the only way to do it? Huh

Hi,

Set up a 'spare' button on your joystick for reverse thrust, ie as in pressing F2, but pull throttle all the way back then use F2/joystick button, at around 70-80 knts just nudge throttle forward then back again to idle to cancel it and then use just wheel brakes.

regards
Steve

Thanks Steve. Thats exactly what I did when I found the F2 function. I have spoiles and reverse thrust right next to each other on my joystick function. Cool

I will give a big "thumbs up" for Glenn's ARM gauge - in fact most of his gauges are well worth auditioning.

They help anyone whose memory is not what it used to be - i.e. those of us who forget to put down the gear or arm the spoilers etc. etc.
