I wouldnt install this i did find where that file went, but when i flew, my fps went up to 150 and the water and ground looks like crap, so i went into settings and maxed everything out and still had over 100fps so i locked it in at 30fps hoping it would make it look better and it didnt.

In addition to Explore Environment X did you also install 50CM Generic Project Textures Rocks and Forests (http://simviation.com/simviation/?type=item&ID=63&page=64) ?  If so, remember you have to set the Texture Slider to 60cm.

Yes i did, but i completely removed it and reinstalled fsx, i dont know if i did something wrong but it took me back to fs2004..lol  The graphics just didnt look good at all, and like i said i normally have between 30-40fps and with this installed and everything maxed out i was getting over 100fps and it didnt look good at all, i dont know what happened.
