I took this photo a few years back, parked at CYXD. The Seabee is an interesting type, hence the reason the photo was taken. Anyway, upon looking at it recently, I noticed the reg - and what was written directly below it. It's rather appropriate.

I thought there was something odd about this "Seabee", and some research proved me right: it's a Spencer S12 "Air Car".
Not surprisingly, it was designed by the same guy- Percy Spencer- who did the Seabee for Republic.

Oopsy, my bad - enjoyed the last link, though! Thanks for clarifying.
(p.s. There are 2 CF-101's at the CYXD museum, unless they have disposed of either recently...they also have a Pacific Western 732 on display)
