Hi:

Currently I run a Matrox Th2go with 3 Acer monitors.  My max resolution with this setup is 4320 x 900 because my monitors don't seem to support the 57Mhz required to go further.  The horizontal res is wonderful, but the vertical resolution of 900 pixels is a bit slim.  It is Ok for the placid world of FSX, but I do want more, especially for some of the WW2 flight games that are around.

Thus, I have 2 preliminary questions about the Eyefinity cards (which would allow me to skip the 57mhz restriction):

1)  My monitors each have one HDMI connection and one DVD-D connection.  I have read that for the Eyefinity, at least one of your monitors has to have a Display PortCan I simply get a converter, or am I screwed?

2)  Is Bezel Management supported?  Can't live without it!

I am running a 5850 with three Dell HD monitors in portrait mode. My desktop resolution is 3240 x 1920. My 5850 has 2 DVI, 1 displayport and one S video connections.

In answer to your questions:
1) I don't see why not but my Dells have displayport and dvi so not a problem that I have faced.
2) On my set-up there is no bezel management (that I have found).

FSX works fine.

The only problem I have had to date is running X-Plane 9.41 where I cannot select desktop resolution without program lock-up. I could however select desktop resolution with version 9.21.

Derry.
