I just purchased the Combat Planes Eurofighter Typhoon, and the afterburner shuts of at about 95% throttle.  It uses an XML file for the AB, so I can edit it.  Here is the XML for the 2d effect:

Shuts off at 95% full...  At 75%-95%, it's on, but over 95% it is off.  It is really strange.  Both going up towards full, and when I come down towards idle, it turn on at 95%-75%.
