I've tried all night to upload a 28mb video and it locks up....never finishing up.  I've had no problems uploading files anywhere else and haven't had any problems viewing videos on simteevee.com.  I've got a full set of green bars at the bottom of my browswer window and I'm stuck at "waiting for http://www.simteevee.com/my_upload.php".

How can I get this resolved?

I'm trying it again as I type this.  So far it's been 20 mins, and it's still locked up.  Simteevee.com has no working contact us or help.  Those screens are unavailable.

Can't SOMEONE help me solve this???????????

YouTube has a limit of 10 min videos.  Mine is longer and is too large.  Simteevee says the limit is 500mb.  I just don't understand why mine is locking up, and even worse why there is no direct help available from their website.  Even their FAQ's don't work.

That's why it's taking so long. Please just have patience .... it takes a long time to convert a large video plus we can offer greater quality - so even longer conversion time ... well over 20 mins sometimes.

Apologies for that -- those links used to work (by referring the user to support (me) or linking here to these forums) but a poor programmer wiped the site during the summer when trying to 'fix' a small bug. I didn't realise they were dead links.
I will fix up those links again

I spent a whole Sunday uploading a preview video for (Frank?)'s scenery.. it was a big file and took quite literally all day.
As Pete said, patience..patience..patience!
