Seeing Ken's photo's of his Honda reminded me that i've been meaning to get some of my little Bike posted since I picked her up last saturday.

She's a 2005 Streetfightered Repsol Honda CBR125, and when i picked her up she had only done 3,478 miles from brand new, Unfortunately with the weather being rather bad they have cancelled the second half of the CBT (the road riding part) which meant i haven't been able to get out on her and get some better photo's:

Thanks for Looking

Good lookin' schooter John. Nobody will be able to claim they did not see you if they t-bone you.  Grin (Heaven forbid!)
It's quite visible from the side. Now if it was about 1000 ccs more and comparable in size, I could ride it.
But as it is, it would look like an elephant on a bicycle if I got on one that size.
Enjoy, but be careful. We'd like to keep you around a while.  Smiley

Hello Patchz,
Unfortunately if this was a scooter then i wouldn't own her due to not "getting on with them" so to speak...
The CBR125 is actually in the class of the 125cc sportsbike range with the others like the Cagiva mito, Yamaha R125 to mention a few, Whereas the 125cc scooters are a rev & go style, this has 6 gears (1 down 5 up) and has a maximum speed of 80-85mph.

Sorry John, I did not mean 'scooter' literally. It was meant as a fond nickname. I used to call all my motorcycles 'bikes' or 'scooters'. I knew it was a 125, which is the reason for my statement. I am way too big physically to ride one that size. When my son got his first, he asked me to ride it home for him, as he did not have his motorcycle endorsement yet. I'm sure the local traffic got a good laugh watching me 'scoot' down the road on that small motorcycle. Whatever one calls it, it is still a very nice motorcycle. Cheers,
Larry  Smiley

Edited:
BTW, in my lifetime, I have riden everything from a Honda 50 up to a Harley Electra Glide. But the smallest I have owned was a Honda 550. I spent four years in the Traffic Division and rode a Honda Goldwing the first two years and a Kawasaki KZ1100 the last two. My personal bike at the time was a 1979 Yamaha XS11 Special, which I dearly miss.
