Just saw the takeoff on CNN and it went great!
Little wet, but otherwise a great takeoff.

Looked great! lifted the nose, and the 787 just seemed to float into the air!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Ahhh, great angle on this vid. Can really see the amount of wing flex it has. Definitely a great looking plane!

It's sort of weird to think it flying... and looks so majestic too.
I hope the 787 enjoys and beats the success of the 747 and 737, in a way it already has.

Check it out in flight!

Is it me or does that aircraft not need a lot of runway and are those wings bent like that?

Wing Flex for the 787 is impressive. I think it doesn't need much runway because it is not carrying a passenger load.

They updated the landing time to be around 1:22 PST, from what I've heard due to bad weather.
