Considering that I am 1/8th Cherokee, I'm ashamed I did not do this one sooner.
Thanks for looking.
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Thank you sir. I am quite pleased with the results of this one.
But I need to get off my duff, put repaints on hold for a while, and contact some original builders for permission to upload. I really want to share most of these with anyone interested. Plus, I have quite a bit of what would be "honey do's" if I had a honey. Need to get my priorities in order.

Thanks guys.
Yeah, I've got one, uh, two, uh, four dream catchers, three mandellas, a Thunderbird, a dance stik, several bowls, and a flock of eagles. Then there's the End of the Trail statuette, a Pony Express Rider, two saddle lamps, and uh....
no, no partridge in a pear tree.
My living room is decorated in Native American and Western.

Good morning Larry....
Having viewed this livery and the same aircraft in black for some reason I do like this livery just a little bit better.
I think it is because I did not have to look twice or harder to appreciate the detail you always put into your work. This one seems to look so natural the way you have done it and I feel myself it looks great on the aircraft.
I would also add that this livery would not look as good on your large flying boat you did in the black livery, that flying boat livery is wonderful, however that is my personal opinion and I am no expert.
Cheers...Happy Landings...Doug

Thank you Doug. I agree with you, this livery would just not look right on the Albatross. I think the Stearman was made for it. And I always value your opinion, whether I agree or not.
Cheers
Larry

Cool. Also see if you can do one with a war shield. Maybe something like this:
