While playing through a Tom Clancy game last week, I heard someone say that, "there's an in bound heli loaded for bear", what does this mean?

Just a phrase, which usually means tons of guns and ammo, like you would have if hunting for bear. I've heard it used in many situations, not just aircraft related.
