Excellent shots. I wonder if the Original doors in shot 4 are still functional, as well as all of the original windows.... or if there are walls/bulkheads covering the original doors/windows.

I Think the doors still act as emergency exit's, not 100% sure. But the windows being covered up have stuff in front of them, according to the official video's I have seen.

If you look at many of the photos of the President coming out of the aircraft, you will see he comes out of the regular (L1 in our terms) door. The lower door with built in airstairs I believe is used if the airport does not have stairs that reach, and for support personnel.
