It's time for nine.
Premier Aircraft Design's
Lockheed Martin C-130J-30 FOR FS2004
If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

Alright I have come to the conclusion that the shot will single handedly win the competition

Hmmm, been thinking. Being that this is with an aircraft that is not available to everyone be it freeware or payware.... is it still allowed?
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

There's an aircraft, there's clouds, I think it follows the rules just fine

Welcome to the team. That's a very nice start
If you've got a few spare megabits on your computer, I'd really recommend using HDE (available here in SimV for free -
http://www.simviation.com/simviation/?ID=85&page=23&mark=6470
- the file is marked in yellow).
It is a cloud texture set used by most FS9ers as well as some FSXers who don't own REX (it works perfectly fine on FSX (I use it)
apart for the sky colours - don't install them
).
You shouldn't worry about performance as there are 5 different cloud qualities available. Try it - trust me, you won't come back to the default clouds!
Keep the good work up Xers.

Larry,
I was going to ask you how it flys, but I've downloaded it.
I could use an AF C-130 for Elmendorf

Not sure if this is a valid argument.
If I was involved in something being developed but not available for public use or did a repaint but didn't put it on a flight sim website, should either be allowed for a contest?
