Passengers WILL be late ... they'll be known as "the late passengers of the doomed jet".  Sad

That looks like a normal landing for Kai Tak, haha Grin.  Nice shot and great crosswind landing! - I love the old Kai Tak Airport, and have a posting in Freeware Screenshots showing the latest fsx scenery for that airport.  That is surely one of the most challenging approaches in flight simulator, and even moreso when there is a crosswind.

I have a link at the bottom of my thread to some cool freeware Hong Kong Downloads for fsX:

Also, checkout this real footage from the cockpit of a 747:

I was more 'inspired' by this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1w4KEnkWIg
Landed at Kai Tak myself (as a passenger) 20-30 times without incident or excitement.  The most interesting was a very hard landing in a UAL 747 that caused all the oxygen masks to drop.. everyone so dead tired after 15 hrs that noone even made a peep like something out of the ordinary was happening.

Lotsa luck! Often times, coming in on 13, it seems I am running out of runway before I get it straightened out.  Occasionally, I have laid it down beautifully, except on the adjacent TARMAC!  Cheesy  Just do your best to follow the approach chart which comes with the download.  Practicing visual approaches with the DC-3 doesn't hurt, either.  It just takes practice practice, practice!

I thought this would be about "Nine Dragons" crappy waste of time download. I almost had a heart attack when I found out that the last 2 files that I spent mad time downloading were absolutely defective peices of crap. The airport was the only thing downloaded the rest of the scenery left tubes and billboards were scenery textures should be!

Sorry for rambling on your thread But I am pissed and wanted to share my dread with the folks!  Cry

That IS the 9 Dragons scenery.

Just because you couldn't get it to work, doesn't make it 'crappy'.  And I'm sure that's the last thing, that ANY developer wants to read about their endless hours of donated time to this hobby.  Wink

Thousands of people have been using this addon quite successfully for years. Large addons like this, take time & patience to set up correctly.  If you check your other post about this, we may have your solution.  Wink

I'm sure that once we have you up & running, you'll change you feelings about this one.  Smiley
