Are there any difference between the "download" and "DVD" versions of UTX?

Hello,
No there is not. They give you the option to purchase the DVD in case you have no or slow Internet access to download the program. Not everybody in this great big world has Internet access..  Wink

Just going to move this to the Payware Forum if you don't mind   Smiley

Pros to DVD:
Easy to have @ any time
Doesn't take hours to download
Won't take up excess space on your computer

Cons:
May be scratched or lost
Must wait for it to arrive

After I download software, I always burn two copies and then delete it from the computer. I solves both the scratch and storage problems.
