Are there any difference between the "download" and "DVD" versions of UTX?

Hello,
No there is not. They give you the option to purchase the DVD in case you have no or slow Internet access to download the program. Not everybody in this great big world has Internet access..
Just going to move this to the Payware Forum if you don't mind

After I download software, I always burn two copies and then delete it from the computer. I solves both the scratch and storage problems.
