I didn't quite see what happened to the Lambo. I looked away for a second and suddenly there was fluid dripping out of the bottom of the car  Grin

An alright start to the series. I hope the rest is good.

no wonder there have been two big gaps between episodes. The next is the last in the series. Only 7 this time.
I really cant believe they only have the budget for 7 episodes. It has to be one of the highest rated shows.

Budget problems with Top Gear? How? Must to be one of the BBC's most watched shows.
As long as there's a few more years worth of Top Gear I'm good.
Apparently the next episode will be a South America special though.

They did do an episode in the States a few years back, got to eat a squirrel, carry a cow on the roof of a Camero and get rocks lobbed at them by red necks from Alabama who had the combined IQ of a piece of cheese!

Top Gear America has been "canned". Can't say I'm surprised. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Top_Gear_%28U.S._TV_series%29

Expect a call from the RSPCC - that's grossly unfair to the cheese!

As for the Alabama red-necks, for once I think that was one that wasn't necessarily staged, unlike most of the rest. Smiley

Just watched that episode and what a disgrace.  I feel sorry for people who live in Alabama and are not violent, xenophobic twits with firearms Undecided.  Granted they were purposefully provoking with their cars, but when is it ever excusable to throw rocks and threaten to shoot someone when they are just passing through, for a humorous television show none the less?
